How long does DOC verification take?

Profiles are manually reviewed against state and federal DOC databases to ensure accuracy. This process typically takes 24 to 48 hours. If there is a discrepancy, we will email you for clarification.

How do pen pals send mail?

We do not process mail directly. Our directory acts as a discovery platform. Once a connection is made, pen pals must use the facility's officially approved electronic messaging provider (such as JPay or Securus) or standard USPS mail.

What is your refund policy?

If a profile is rejected during the initial DOC verification phase due to policy violations, a full refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method. Active profiles are non-refundable.

Terms of Service

By utilizing MyPenLink, you agree to provide accurate, lawful information. Profiles soliciting funds, engaging in illicit activities, or violating institutional rules will be permanently removed without refund.
